Fabric posters

Our new foldable fabric posters are a great alternative to paper posters. They can be easily folded up to fit inside a small bag or suitcase, perfect if travelling and you don't wary to carry a tube.

Upload your PDF and choose the various options including when you need it and pay for it online. Once your order has been accepted we'll email you the time it will be ready to collect in-store and can be ready in as little as 1 hour.

Delivered

Choose our UK Delivery and have it delivered anywhere in the UK mainland in 2-3 working days.

The prices below include a cardboard tube.

Printing Guide

You can choose between printing on a good quality 190g satin paper or our fabric materials which means you can fold it up. If you want to avoid white borders, please ensure there are no important lines of text or objects within 8mm of the edge. If there is anything important too close to the edge, we will put a small white border all the way around the outside.

If your poster in not in the shape of A2/A1/A0 then it will have uneven white margins. Alternatively we can print the poster to the exact size of the supplied PDF.

We do not check the layout, content or margins of your document so you must ensure what you send us is correct to your university's specification.

Prices

The prices shown are for academic, NHS or student posters and include student discount and VAT. This is the total price you would pay. If your poster is not an academic poster, please get in contact for our standard rates. UK delivery takes 2-3 working days and the price includes a cardboard tube.

We are open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Fridays. We are closed Bank Holidays.
No, we don't take advance bookings. We offer a strict first come first served basis.
Of course. As your poster is already paid at the point of order anyone can be sent to collect.
Due the large number of orders we receive, we can no longer accept orders via email. That said, you can order online and order in store.
We only print from PDFs. Due to the common occurrence of Microsoft Office documents reformatting between computers we do not accept them. This is to ensure your document won't reformat for your peace of mind.

No, this service is only from Prontaprint Russell Square in London WC1.
Unfortunately not. The system is automated and begins as soon as we accept the order. Any changes after an order has been placed (either online or in-store) is not possible.
